The information that we do retain is derived from the e-mails, faxes, and purchases from customers or inquiries from potential customers. This information is secured in our database. This information is used by us for our own marketing purposes to notify interested parties of specials, closeouts, new products, solicit website feedback and recommendations for improvements. We also use this for our own internal review. Credit card information is secured as described on our SHIPPING page, subsection on SECURITY.

By contacting us in any method described previously, you are authorizing us, or our affiliates, to share your contact information. By purchasing products from us you acknowledge that you are aware of proper safety precautions for its use, and Agree that Tactical Knives and More, its Affiliates, Owners, Members and Officers, will NOT be held liable for any damages caused by these products. Manufacturers are responsible for all the liability and warranties in reference to their specific products. We do not claim merchantability for the use of any products used contrary to its intended use.

Our goal is to ship products from stock in 5 days or less. Occasionally products are backordered and then are shipped as soon as it returns to stock. By placing your order and paying for your order in-full, you agree that the extent of your recourse in regards to backordered items is the full refund of the price paid for the product(s) and its applicable paid shipping charge.

All actions and legal matters will be filed under the jurisdiction of Connecticut.
